Dan Balint, a skilled jeweller, draws inspiration from his epic adventures in nature. Trained in Broome, Western Australia, Dan's jewellery reflects his passion for pristine wilderness.

 

Dan spent many years exploring the remote Kimberley region creating the successful tour company Kimberley Wild Expeditions, the first Kimberley tour operator to develop lasting partnerships with Aboriginal people and Communities. He then went on to explore remote wilderness areas by sea for National Geographic Expeditions such as Papua New Guinea and Antarctica.

 

His most wild adventure so far was crossing the entire Pacific ocean from East to West in his own 38 foot catamaran from the British Virgin Islands in the Carribbean, through the Panama Canal, Galapagos, Polynesia and beyond finally reaching the Australian mainland after several years. These adventures and passion for life have inspired him to create timeless jewellery that is made to last and reflects the beauty in nature.
